All orders are processed through our platform. Payment is required before service delivery. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We use Stripe as our payment processor. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving content in a timely manner
  • Ensuring they have the rights to any materials provided
  • Maintaining the security of their account credentials

5. Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse content that:

  • Contains false or misleading information
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains adult, violent, or illegal content
  • Promotes spam, malware, or phishing

6. Delivery and Timelines

Typical delivery timelines are 5-10 business days from content approval. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on publisher response times and other factors outside our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at our discretion under the following conditions:

  • Services have not yet begun (content not yet created)
  • We are unable to deliver the promised placements
  • Duplicate charges or technical errors

Once content has been distributed, refunds are not available for completed placements.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to the content created for their campaign. We retain the right to use anonymized case study data and results for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic increases, or media coverage outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
